I know my followers currently cover a wide demographic and thus some of you just might not "get" all of this.
Anyway, any of you grow up/growing up watching awesome Christmas specials on the television or what not?
I watched several but the ones I saw almost every year since I can remember were A Charlie Brown Christmas, Frosty the Snowman, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.
The last one however always left me wondering something, ever since I first saw it.
It had to do with the Island of Misfit Toys...
If you watch the video clip from the above link you'll see that some of the misfit toys don't have an explanation about why they're misfits.
The one that always had me curious was...
She didn't seem like a misfit in any way; instead she was just like any other doll. So why the heck was she there?
Well, over the past couple of years this question had resurfaced in my mind; so I decided to do a bit of detective work and make some inquiries.
It turns out she was indeed a misfit.
You see...
She can also apparently rapidly change in size. This unfortunately allows for full-on surprise ambushes. :o
She belonged on that damn island! And now, thanks to some asinine reindeer, she's free and back amongst us! D:
So remember, always closely inspect* any doll before purchasing and be especially wary if one just seems to have magically appeared under the tree out of nowhere†.
*The best way is to gauge its smile both before and after it's faced towards a child. >_>;
†Santa, you damn fool... you know not what you've done... -_-
BAHAHHA this WAS a great post :P
